E-KsięgarniaPeriodyk adresowany do czytelników angielskojęzycznych. Celem jest rzetelna prezentacja problematyki najnowszej historii Polski i Europy Środkowej pod dwoma totalitaryzmami. Każdy z kolejnych numerów czasopisma będzie miał charakter interdyscyplinarnego zbioru studiów nad wybranym problemem dziejów państw byłego bloku komunistycznego. Obok artykułów naukowych znajdą się w nim również prezentacje miejsc pamięci oraz muzeów historycznych w Europie Środkowo-Wschodniej, upamiętniających okres wojny, okupacji i dyktatury komunistycznej. Publikowane będą również omówienia i recenzje publikacji historycznych ukazujących się w językach ojczystych poszczególnych krajów.
Punktacja Ministerstwa Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wyższego – 40 pkt.
Od roku 2023 główny profil pisma, zawierający informacje ogólne o czasopiśmie, repozytorium tekstów i wejście do systemu wydawniczego dla autorów i recenzentów znajduje się na stronie czasopisma.ipn.gov.pl, głównym portalu czasopism naukowych Instytutu Pamięci Narodowej.

The periodical is addressed to the English-speaking readers. The aim of the journal is to fairly present the problems of the recent history of Poland and Central Europe under two totalitarian regimes. Each of the issues of the journal will be an interdisciplinary collection of studies on a selected problem in the history of the former Communist bloc countries. Apart of academic papers, it will also include presentations of remembrance institutions and museums in Central and Eastern Europe commemorating the period of war, occupation and Communist dictatorship. Review papers concerning publications in the mother tongue of individual countries will also be published.
The INRR is enclosed in the list of academic periodicals published by Polish Ministry of Education and Science (identifier 501842). The number of research evaluation points allocated to the single paper in the INRR is 40.
Since 2023 the main internet profile of the periodical, contaning general information, repository of articles, and entry point for authors and reviewers is placed on website czasopisma.ipn.gov.pl, the main internet portal of the Institute of National Remembrance academic periodicals.
