Grudziądzka and J. Słowackiego

Located in the facilities at Grudziądzka 9-15 belonging to the City Office in Bydgoszcz on the ground floor and the basement of a multi-story building. It houses an archive, an investigative department, administration, a customer service point with a book sale point, and a reading room for open files. There is a place for submitting applications or letters, places for interviewing witnesses and a reading room for open files on the ground floor. The entrance door to the branch is widened, there is also a wheelchair ramp. 5 offices in the office spaces are rented at J. Słowackiego 1: Branch Historical Research Bureaus and Branch National Education Bureaus, the Office for Commemorating Struggle and Martyrdom, Office of Search and Identification, Branch Vetting Office. Applicants are not accepted there. The tenement house has an elevator adapted to the needs of the disabled.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

IPN branch in Katowice:

Józefowska 102

A building adapted to accommodate the disabled. It has an elevator for the disabled and a second entrance from the ground level; all doors in the building provide access for disabled persons in wheelchairs, in particular: the entrance, toilets, entrance to the reading room, entrance to the interrogation room; the toilet facilities are also adapted (on the ground floor, next to the security staff room); two elevators, enabling access for the disabled to other office rooms.

Św. Jana 10

 History Point - (premises on the third floor, rented from the Municipal Housing Association of the city of Katowice): access to the offices and the conference room via an elevator from the "ground" level, toilets for the disabled, all doors to public and office rooms are mobility-friendly, for people in wheelchairs.

IPN branch in Krakow

 

 

 

Branch Seat, Reformacka 3

 (a rental agreement for an indefinite period with the Municipality of Krakow). The branch is a tenant of office space on the 1st and 2nd floor in a historic tenement house, and the staircase there is used only by the branch. The entrance to the tenement house is a wide entrance gate, the door is opened via intercom. Access to the staircase leading to the offices through a wide door (intercom). Organizing a customer service point on the ground floor is not possible. The General Office is located on the first floor (OBAG employees accept applications there) and the seat of the OKKr (prosecutor's files reading room, witnesses are interrogated in prosecutors' rooms), due to the Covid pandemic, one of the rooms by the staircase has been prepared to accept parties. The office of the Branch Director and administration offices are located on the 2nd floor.

OBL headquarters in Krakow, Dunajewskiego 8

 3rd floor (rental agreement for a definite period until December 31, 2021). The branch is a tenant of office space on the third floor. The tenement house is on the list of historical monuments. The entrance to the tenement house is a wide door opened via intercom), after climbing 3 stairs (there are railings on both sides), you can use the passenger elevator. Entrance to the OBL headquarters through a door (85cm) opened by intercom. Wide internal corridor, low thresholds at the entrance to the rooms. Witness interviews take place in the prosecutor's office; for disabled persons, prosecutors travel to their place of residence.

Dunajewskiego 8 / on the corner of Garbarska

Headquarters of OBEN, OBBH, OBUWiM, WSPiI, Janusz Kurtyka “History Point” Educational Center in Krakow (a lease agreement for a specified period until December 31, 2021). (The branch is the tenant of the premises. The tenement house is on the list of historical monuments The entrance to the building is slightly above the sidewalk level - 1 step, you can use the added ramp (external bell), access to the high ground floor level via 9 stairs, handrails on both sides, guides are installed, but the inclination level does not allow for independent wheelchair entry, then a wide door (a bell or code). There are: an exhibition hall, bookstore, departmental library at this level, and now also an interview interview room to be used by prosecutors and reception room (due to Covid). The toilets on the 1st floor and level -1 (17 stairs, there is a handrail) are not adapted for the needs of the disabled. There is a lecture and conference room on the first floor, with an entrance with 21 narrow winding steps (they prevent any installation of a ramp for wheelchairs). No parking spaces. The building at 8 Dunajewskiego was sold by Bank PeKaO SA, and the current owner is planning to convert the building into a hotel. The lease agreement expires on 12/31/2021.

 OA headquarters in Wieliczka, Pl. M. Skulimowskiego 1

  (permanent management). The seat of the Branch Archives is in the "Konopków Palace" historic building. There is a possibility to enter the inner courtyard, a designated parking space for the disabled; there are two entrances to the building, including a ramp-driveway from the parking lot. There is a toilet with handrails for the disabled only on the ground floor. There is no passenger elevator in the building. There is an internal staircase. There is aslo a reading room for secret files on the ground floor, an open reading room on the first floor. Customer service takes place on the ground floor of the building.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

IPN branch in Kielce

 Na Stadion Avenue 1, 25-127 Kielce

 (permanent management). There is one entrance to the building with a wide door, with an additional extension option (up to 126 cm). Customer service takes place on the ground floor, to the right of the entrance. The Public Records Reading Room is located on the ground floor of building A. Only the corridor and rooms on the ground floor are available for wheelchair users. The interview room for the prosecutor of OKŚZpNP is located on the first floor, in the case of disabled persons, interrogations take place in one of the rooms on the ground floor. You can enter the building with an assistance dog and a guide dog. There is a toilet for the disabled to the left of the entrance. The general parking is available, and you can drive right up to the entrance to the building.

Warszawska 5

CE IPN “History Point”, 25-512 Kielce (a rental agreement for a definite period until December 31, 2031). The rooms occupied by CE IPN are located on the ground floor. There is one entrance to the rooms with wide doors, with an additional extension option. The exhibitions presented at the Institute of National Remembrance CE are accessible for the disabled. You can enter CE IPN with an assistance dog and a guide dog. The toilet for the disabled is directly opposite the entrance.

 

 

 

 

IPN branch in Lublin, IPN Radom Unit

 

the facilities used by the Institute of National Remembrance in Lublin and the Branch Office in Radom are appropriately adapted to the needs of the disabled. The buildings located in Lublin at Szewska 2 and Wodopojna 2 have elevators and ramps for wheelchairs (in Radom, there is only a ramp - the premises of the Unit are located on the ground floor), additionally there is a platform for the disabled in the building at Wodopojna. What is more, there are toilets for the disabled in the buildings, the doors are of adequate width, and there are no architectural barriers in the exhibition hall.

 headquarters of the branch without architectural barriers, it is adapted, among others a wheelchair lift and a passenger elevator, the branch also rented rooms in the city center at Przystanek Historia, these rooms are located on the "O" level and have no architectural barriers.

 – a driveway to the building has been made, an automatic entrance door to the building has been installed, the building has an elevator for transporting wheelchairs (providing, among others, access to the office of the Branch and Director, the files reading room), widened doors were installed in the files reading room, toilets were adapted to the needs of the disabled in wheelchairs (they are located on the ground floor and first floor of the building), customers of the IPN Branch are admitted on the ground floor of the building after a telephone call to the security desk (submitting applications or letters, selling books),

Szopena 23

  – a staircase platform was installed to move people with disabilities to the ground floor of the building (service provided by a porter), toilets were adapted to the needs of persons in wheelchairs (they are located on the ground floor of the building), widened doors were installed in the conference room (book presentations, exhibitions, educational activities, interrogations of witnesses), employees of organizational units, after a telephone call to the porter, go to the customer.

 –Intraco building - rental of work rooms - on floors 6, 10 and 21, where employees of the Departmental KŚZpNP and the Vetting Office Department - floor 6 – work; the entrance to the building and reaching the floors occupied by the IPN Branch meet the requirements - elevators, the width of the door to the floor or to a room. There are no toilets for the disabled on the floors, narrow corridors. From the knowledge of the OHS service it appears that clients are invited individually to their meetings at the Branch Committee and BL. In the case of customeres in need, e.g. the elderly or disabled, office workers go to the place of residence of the applicants for, for example, interrogations.

The website of the office was created in accordance with the W3C and WCAG 2.0 standards based on mechanisms that facilitate access to published content by disabled people.
