The IPN’s “History Point” Educational Center in Warsaw and the Association for the Preservation of Remembrance of the Home Army would like to invite you to the "German Places of the Extermination of Citizens of the Second Polish Republic" exhibition. 

The exhibition portrays the present appearance of memorial sites - former German concentration and extermination camps. The artistic photographs, with emotional and personal overtones, are accompanied by descriptions in Polish, English, and German.

The official opening of the exhibition took place on 14 January 2022 at the Institute’s “History Point Educational Center in Warsaw” (21/25 Marszłkowska Street).

 

 

  

 The event was attended by:
• Anna Jagodzińska, Ph.D. (IPN) – a researcher of the fate of prisoners of German concentration camps
• Bogusław Kopka, Ph.D., D.Sc. – a historian, De Republica Institute
• Barbara Gautier, Ph.D. – a former prisoner of KL Auschwitz-Birkenau
• Paweł Krupiński – the author of the exhibition, and a website devoted to German death camps deathcampsmemorialsite.com.

The exhibition will be on display from 14 January to 8 February 2022, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., last admission at 5:45 pm.
