On June 1, President of the Institute of National Remembrance Dr Łukasz Kamiński met with a group of Belarusian experts in contemporary history and archival studies preparing for a project under the under the working title: "The concept of vetting in Belarus". The project, coordinated by the Foundation of Heinrich Böll in Warsaw, Berlin and Kiev, aims to discuss various aspects of dealing with the past through the experiences of Poles and Germans. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Vetting Office, Office for the Preservation and Dissemination of Archival Records, and the Public Education Office.

During a visit to the Institute of National Remembrance guests from Belarus were also invited to take a tour of the archives.
