The exhibition, prepared by the IPN’s National Education Office in Katowice in cooperation with the Silesian Freedom and Solidarity Centre, presents key facts concerning the period of Martial Law in Poland.

The photographs come from, among others : the Confédération Française Démocratique du Travail Archive, the Pamięć i Przyszłość Centre, the KARTA Centre, NAC, the Silesian Freedom and Solidarity Centre and the IPN Archive.
