On July 8, 2009 the President of the IPN Janusz Kurtyka met with Zvi Rav-Ner, the Israeli Ambassador to Poland, who was accompanied by the Embassy cultural attaché. During the meeting previous cooperation between the IPN and the Yad Vashem Institute was discussed, which is performed on the archival field. Also, the IPN research activities on the Polish-Jewish relations were addressed. The Ambassador expressed his appreciation for the Institute work and its engagement in the cooperation with Yad Vashem.
