On 1 June 2021,  Karol Nawrocki, Ph.D. was appointed as the Deputy President of the Institute of National Remembrance - Commission for the Prosecution of Crimes against the Polish Nation. The appointment received a positive opinion from the Institute’s Council.

The tasks of the new Deputy President of the Institute of National Remembrance, Karol Nawrocki, Ph.D. will include the coordination of  “The Route of Hope" international educational and commemorative project , concerning the fate of Polish soldiers fighting alongside the Allies during World War II.
