On 28 June 2023, a conference entitled Testimony and the Legacy of the Ulma family [Rodzina Ulmów – świadectwo i testament] was held at the Warsaw Archbishops' House.

The welcoming address by the Archbishop of Warsaw Cardinal Kazimierz Nycz was followed by lectures of the experts in the field. The floor was taken, among others, by the IPN Deputy President Mateusz Szpytma, Ph.D., the Director of the Markowa Ulma-Family Museum of Poles Who Saved Jews in World War II Waldemar Rataj and the Postulator of the Ulma’s family beatification process Rev. Witold Burda, Ph.D. The conference aimed to show the fate of the Ulma family who were murdered by the Germans during World War II for hiding Jews. The Catholic Church recognized their sacrifice as martyrdom for the faith.  The beatification of the entire Ulma family is taking place in Markowa on 10 September  2023.
